General:

beaujolaisbeads try to depict all items as accurately as possible, but please note that there could be some slight variation in size and colour due both to the nature of the glass and to the fact that they are handmade.  All our glass beads are handmade in our studio in Derbyshire.  Once made, the beads are annealed in our digitally controlled kiln for durability and then cleaned and inspected before being despatched.  Even though our beads have been annealed they should be handled with care.  Beads should not be given to small children or pets as they may represent a choking hazard.

 

Payment:

Please note that I can only accept payment by PayPal at this time.  No purchases will be despatched until full payment has been received.

 

Postage:

All beads will be despatched by 1st Class Recorded Delivery which is included in the price within the UK. 

 

International Buyers should email me at info@beaujolaisbeads.com before purchase please.

 

Returns:

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.  If, however, you are not satisfied upon receipt, please contact me with details.  If necessary, I will arrange a refund for any item returned and received by me in its original condition within 14 days.  Please note, though, I will make a deduction of £1.25 to cover postage.

 

Damaged Goods:

Should your beads become damaged in transit, please email me within 48 hours at info@beaujolaisbeads.com and then return them to me.  I will arrange a refund on receipt.

 

Duplicate Purchase:

I do not hold stock of any beads on this website, so in the unlikely event that two purchasers attempt to buy the same item at the same time, I will advise the second purchaser as soon as possible and issue a full refund accordingly.
