We are Ken and June, a husband and wife team who have recently begun lampworking and are now producing handmade lampwork beads.  We have a small studio in Derbyshire.   

 

 

 

 

We use both 1.6mm and 2.4mm mandrels to wind on soft glass such as Effetre, Vetrofond, Lauscha, ASK 104, Reichenbach, Precision 104 and Double Helix. We use many techniques as part of the process to produce different styles of beads. Once made, they are put into our Paragon kiln to be properly annealed for durability and then they are cleaned and inspected before selling. Our beads can vary slightly in colour and in size due to their handmade nature.  Any sizes given can only be approximate, though we do try to be as accurate as possible. Please be aware that beads can be quite small and could be a choking hazard, so we recommend that you do not give them to young children to handle.
